How to export your hours from Toggl

In Toggl Track, open Reports and choose the Detailed report.

Set the date range you're billing for, then filter by client or project if you invoice them separately.

Click the download icon and choose CSV — that's the file you upload here.
What happens when you import
- Each time entry becomes an invoice line: date, task and project name, and hours.
- Durations like 02:30:00 are converted to decimal hours (2.5) automatically.
- The client name from your Toggl export fills in the invoice's client field.
- Rows without a duration are skipped and counted, never silently dropped.
