How to export your hours from Clockify

In Clockify, open Reports and pick the Detailed report.

Choose the billing period and filter by client or project.

Click Export and select CSV — that's the file you upload here.

What happens when you import

Each time entry becomes an invoice line: date, task and project name, and hours.
Both decimal durations and HH:MM:SS formats are understood.
The client name from your Clockify export fills in the invoice's client field.
Rows without a duration are skipped and counted, never silently dropped.
