How to export your hours from Harvest

In Harvest, open Reports and choose the Time report.

Set the date range you're billing for and filter by client or project.

Click Export and choose CSV — that's the file you upload here.
What happens when you import
- Each time entry becomes an invoice line: date, notes and project name, and hours.
- Harvest's decimal hours are used as-is — no rounding surprises.
- The client name from your Harvest export fills in the invoice's client field.
- Rows without hours are skipped and counted, never silently dropped.
